After its phenomenal success at Chichester Festival Theatre in 2014, Guys and Dolls played sold out runs at the Savoy Theatre for 13 weeks from December 2016 and transferred to the Phoenix Theatre from March to August 2016 , starring Hollywood’s Rebel Wilson. This production ran simultaneously with a nationwide UK Tour.

With music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, the production was directed by Gordon Greenberg and choreographed by acclaimed Cuban ballet star Carlos Acosta and Andrew Wright.

The musical comedy, based on the gangster tales of Damon Runyon, is set in the vibrant city of New York in post World War II America and evokes an exhilarating, captivating atmosphere for audiences with it’s dazzling choreography. It follows the story of Nathan’s desperate attempts to get cash, by betting with well-known gambler Sky Masterson, and Adelaide’s quest to marry him following their 14 year engagement.
